This Refund and Return Policy explains how TreeFrog Peptides handles cancellations, returns, replacements, shipping issues, and refunds for peptide products sold for research use only.
Because TreeFrog Peptides products are intended for research use only and may not be suitable for resale once shipped, all purchases should be reviewed carefully before checkout. This policy is intended to clearly explain when orders may be cancelled, when returns are not accepted, and the limited circumstances in which a refund, replacement, or store resolution may be available.
Unless otherwise required by law, TreeFrog Peptides treats peptide products as final sale items. We do not accept returns for products that were ordered in error, are no longer needed, were refused after shipment, or are being returned after delivery due to customer preference. This approach reflects the nature of research materials, product handling standards, packaging integrity, and health-related resale concerns.
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received and confirmed before the order has entered fulfillment, processing, or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be cancelled. If a cancellation is approved before shipment, any refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any nonrecoverable payment, processing, or fraud-review costs if permitted by law and disclosed at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is incomplete, you must contact TreeFrog Peptides within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Your message should include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photographs of the package, shipping label, and product received. If we verify that the order was damaged in transit, incorrectly fulfilled, or incomplete due to our error, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
The following are generally non-returnable:
- Opened, used, tampered-with, or otherwise altered products.
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or order verification.
- Items damaged after delivery due to storage, mishandling, or customer action.
- Orders refused in transit or returned because of customer address errors.
- Clearance, promotional, custom, or expressly marked final-sale items.
TreeFrog Peptides will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated timeline shown on the site or, if no shipment timeline is stated, within a commercially reasonable period. If we determine that we cannot ship within the originally stated timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay and, where required, provide the option to continue waiting or cancel for a refund of the unshipped merchandise.
When TreeFrog Peptides approves a refund, the refund is generally issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, banking institution, and fraud-screening or settlement systems involved. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is based on our verified error or unless otherwise required by law.
If only part of an order is affected by a verified issue, we may limit the refund to the affected item or affected portion of the order, together with any shipping amount that must be refunded under applicable law.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact TreeFrog Peptides first so we can review the matter. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or payment reversals when order records, tracking information, fulfillment records, communications, or fraud-prevention systems indicate that the order was validly placed, processed, or delivered.
